This Honors Government & Law Thesis explores the strategic Supreme Court decisionmaking model and attempted to forecast, using case law, the Supreme Court's decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, the case that overturned Roe v. Wade. This thesis was written before the final decision in Dobbs was handed down on June 24, 2022.
